How does verification work?

Proof

Attach a receipt, a booking confirmation, or the DM thread that booked the appointment. A human checks it matches the provider and the date. No match, no publish — and the provider never sees the review.

Proof is never shown publicly

What actually counts as proof?

Proof

A payment or receipt, a booking confirmation from any platform, or a DM thread where the appointment was arranged. A photo of the work on its own is not enough.

How long does it take for my review to go live?

Reviews

Most clear within 48 hours. If we need to check something with you it can take a few days — you will hear from us either way.

What happens if my review is rejected?

Reviews

We tell you why and exactly what proof would fix it. You can resubmit once. Nothing is deleted quietly.

Can I edit a review after it goes live?

Reviews

You can edit for 14 days. After that you can add an update, which shows underneath the original so nothing is rewritten after the fact.

Can I post anonymously?

Privacy

Your handle shows on the review, but your proof never does. You can display a first name and initial instead of your full handle.

Your receipt stays private

Who sees my receipt or DM screenshot?

Privacy

Only the two people on our verification team. It is stored encrypted, never shown to the provider, and deleted 90 days after the review clears.

Can a service provider pay to remove a bad review?

Providers

No. There is no paid tier that touches ratings. Providers can reply in public and dispute a review on accuracy — that is the whole of it.

I am a provider — how do I get listed?

Providers

Claim your handle and add your services. You appear in Explore straight away as unrated, and your rating switches on the moment one review clears proof.
