Acceptance of terms
By using tbh.. you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes.
Who can use tbh..
tbh.. is available to anyone aged 13 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 16 please ensure you have parental consent before using the platform.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone else. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Leaving reviews
You may only leave a review for a service provider if you have genuinely used their services. You must provide valid proof of your appointment. Reviews must be honest and based on your real experience. You must not leave fake, incentivised, or malicious reviews. You must not use abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory language.
Proof of appointment
All reviews require proof of appointment before they go live. Proof is reviewed by our moderation team and is never shared publicly. Submitting false or fabricated proof is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Moderation
tbh.. reserves the right to remove any review that violates our moderation policy. This includes reviews with invalid proof, abusive language, false claims, or reviews that are determined to be fake. We aim to be fair to both customers and service providers.
Service providers
Service providers may claim their profile on tbh.. by verifying ownership. Providers must not attempt to manipulate their ratings by posting fake reviews or incentivising customers to leave positive reviews. Providers may respond to reviews but must do so respectfully and honestly.
Intellectual property
All content on tbh.. including the platform design, logo, and written content belongs to tbh.. You retain ownership of the reviews and content you submit, but by submitting you grant tbh.. a licence to display that content on the platform.
Limitation of liability
tbh.. provides a platform for users to share reviews. We do not endorse any service provider listed on the platform. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by any business listed on tbh.. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Upon deletion your personal data will be removed but your reviews will remain in anonymised form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of tbh.. will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
